Job Overview

Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain clients.
• Work closely with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Plan and manage client-facing marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and product demonstrations.
• Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns, partnerships, and direct outreach.
• Optimize marketing funnels and track campaign performance across multiple channels (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as the bridge between Healthus.ai and healthcare providers.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, campaign ROI, and growth metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Strong preference for candidates with a

  healthcare background

  (doctors, healthcare administrators, or those with prior experience in healthtech/healthcare marketing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
