Job Description: We are seeking an India-based sales professional to introduce Irish Taylor's services, build strong relationships, and close deals in the software development, digital marketing, and cybersecurity sectors. You will collaborate with a global support team across India to ensure success. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Management: Leverage your existing network to introduce Irish Taylors offerings and generate new leads. Identify and engage potential clients for custom software development, digital marketing, and cybersecurity services (Rothcrest). Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and develop strategies to convert leads into sales. Conduct sales presentations and product demos, with the support of the back-office team. Work closely with our global team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client projects. Manage client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Track sales metrics and regularly report on progress to the management team. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for legal and technology services. Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
