About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager (Business Loan) to lead and drive our business loan operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our partner network, achieving sales targets, and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the business loan sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and channel partner development across NBFCs, Banks, and DSAs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase loan disbursement and customer retention.
• Coordinate closely with operations, credit, and partner teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and suggest business improvements.
• Train and guide the team to enhance performance and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role within NBFC, Fintech, Banking, or DSA sectors.
• Strong knowledge of business loan products and sales processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Laptop and language proficiency mandatory.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Based in or willing to work onsite at Kochi.
