You will be a growth hacker at Acrannolife Genomics, taking the lead in initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and diversify the product and service portfolio. Collaborating closely with the team, your focus will be on identifying business pain points, overcoming bottlenecks, and seizing growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include formulating, executing, and assessing strategies to expand the brand's market share and customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Research and comprehend the company's long-term goals. - Identify barriers to business growth and establish prioritized growth objectives. - Discover opportunities for business expansion and advancement. - Plan and execute experiments to assess the effectiveness of interventions. - Execute projects to meet growth targets. - Utilize data, analytics, and tools for well-informed decision-making. - Ensure that internal and external resources contribute to growth efforts. - Provide updates on initiatives and projects to management and founders. - Replicate successful strategies in new markets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the startup sector. - Portfolio showcasing successful growth implementations. - Proficiency in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development. - Strong analytical capabilities encompassing A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics. - Ability in web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels. - Familiarity with growth-hacking tools such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms. - Possession of a creative, problem-solving, results-oriented mindset. - Adaptive, iterative thinking with a commitment to continuous learning. - Curiosity, innovation, confidence, and the ability to drive change.
