As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, meeting decision-makers, pitching Zozo Connect’s value, and closing enterprise and corporate deals . This is not a desk-only role. This is for people who love talking to customers, building relationships, and closing deals . Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads (enterprise, corporate, startup, institutions) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and field visits Understand customer needs and pitch Zozo Connect solutions confidently Conduct product demos and presentations to CXOs, HR heads, Sales heads, and Founders Negotiate pricing and close deals independently Work closely with the founders to refine sales strategy and positioning Maintain CRM and report weekly & monthly sales progress Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently What We’re Looking For Must-Have Traits High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong confidence in talking to senior stakeholders Hunger to learn, sell, and grow Ownership mindset – treats targets like personal goals Preferred Experience (Suggested) 1–5 years of experience in: B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales / Corporate Sales SaaS, IT services, digital products, or tech solutions (preferred) Freshers with exceptional confidence and communication may also apply Experience in field sales, corporate pitching, or closing high-value deals is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
