What you’ll do Own growth like a founder

Run growth experiments across B2C, B2B, events & communities

Build repeatable growth systems (not one-time hacks)

Improve activation, conversion & retention

Help make ZOZO investor-ready with clean, honest metrics

Who we’re looking for 3–5 years experience in growth / performance / PLG

Strong with data, dashboards & experiments Comfortable with early-stage chaos

Outcome-focused. Ownership-driven.
