Must-have profile

5-8 yrs growth/digital-marketing in broking, fin-tech or BFSI
Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, HubSpot/Clevertap, basic SQL/Excel
Has run at least one campaign that clearly boosted sign-ups or usage
Comfortable working as a "one-person department" plus freelancers
Familiar with SEBI advertising rules (or similar BFSI compliance)
