Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Kolkata. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, developing content strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring social media trends, and analyzing performance metrics. The role includes communicating with followers, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure content accuracy and consistency. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in developing Content Strategies Knowledge of performance analytics tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Creativity and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
