Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate Growth: Drive lead generation, outreach, and conversion by aligning messaging with customer needs.
• Own Client Lifecycle: Manage the full sales funnel — from first touch to onboarding, retention, and expansion.
• Enable Sales: Support Account Executives with collateral, customer insights, and coordination for smooth account management.
• Drive GTM Campaigns: Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, refine messaging, and build conversion-driven assets.
• Track & Optimize: Use performance data to improve outreach, onboarding, and customer engagement workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Ops to align on customer needs and growth priorities.
• Understand our ICPs, personas, and buyer journeys — and tailor messaging across the funnel
