Job Description

As a RevOps consultant and HubSpot Elite Partner at OneMetric, your role will involve accelerating growth, owning the client lifecycle, enabling sales, driving GTM campaigns, tracking and optimizing performance data, collaborating cross-functionally, and tailoring messaging across the funnel. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Accelerate Growth: Drive lead generation, outreach, and conversion by aligning messaging with customer needs. - Own Client Lifecycle: Manage the full sales funnel from first touch to onboarding, retention, and expansion. - Enable Sales: Support Account Executives with collateral, customer insights, and coordination for smooth account management. - Drive GTM Campaigns: Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, refine messaging, and build conversion-driven assets. - Track & Optimize: Use performance data to improve outreach, onboarding, and customer engagement workflows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Ops to align on customer needs and growth priorities. - Understand our ICPs, personas, and buyer journeys and tailor messaging across the funnel. In addition to the key responsibilities, soft requirements for this role include taking ownership, asking the right questions, going beyond the brief, thriving in startup chaos, being comfortable with ambiguity, loving to solve problems creatively, and believing that content is a growth lever, not just a checkbox. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana, with a work schedule of 5 days a week.
