Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Group Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue per available room and conversion rates.
Identify and pursue new revenue streams through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Provide training and support to front-line staff on revenue management best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
