Role Overview: As the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will play a crucial role in leading the digital transformation journey of the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire IT ecosystem and aligning technology initiatives with strategic business goals. It is essential to have a deep understanding of real estate processes and the ability to implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT systems to drive business growth effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the company's IT vision in alignment with business goals. - Identify and implement emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, PropTech, and RPA to enhance property management, construction, and customer engagement. - Lead digitization initiatives across various departments like sales, CRM, ERP, and project monitoring to improve user experience. - Manage enterprise IT infrastructure encompassing cloud, on-premises, and hybrid systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. - Establish robust data protection and cybersecurity policies while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. - Oversee the Zoho ecosystem for seamless integration of customer and business workflows. - Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor negotiations, and contracts effectively. - Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - MBA (preferred) for enhanced business acumen and strategic thinking. - Proven experience in digital transformation within real estate or related industries. - Strong knowledge of real estate systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce, Zoho), BIM, GIS, Smart Building Systems, etc. - Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau). - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
