Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of General Manager/Duty Manager with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotels and restaurants, with excellent leadership and communication skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel or restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve high performance standards.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing hotels and restaurants, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
