Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our ESG - Global Capability Center team, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
Conduct thorough analysis of ESG performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Design and deliver training programs on ESG best practices to employees.
Monitor and report on ESG progress against established goals and targets.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community groups.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in ESG reporting frameworks and tools, such as GRI or TCFD.
Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to ESG.
