Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our ESG - Global Capability Center team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
Conduct thorough analysis of ESG performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge on ESG principles.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives.
Monitor and report on ESG progress, providing recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
