We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for our luxury hotel in Jawai, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing high-quality service and addressing any needs or concerns during their stay.

• Salary: 15 - 25k
• Location: Jawai, Rajasthan
• Experience: 1 - 5 years

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Handle reservations and manage room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role in the hospitality industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
