Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and empathetic Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role goes beyond making things look good—you’ll design with purpose, crafting visuals that inspire hope, build trust, and make mental health resources approachable for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and educational content.
• Create infographics, guides, and resources that make mental health information easy to understand.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop visuals that reflect compassion and inclusivity.
• Maintain and strengthen Vtalix’s brand identity across all platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas that help normalise conversations around mental health.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, versatile design work.
• Understanding of design principles: typography, colour psychology, and layout.
• Ability to design with empathy and communicate sensitive topics visually.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
