Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality digital and print creatives that enhance engagement and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Create branding assets such as logos, brochures, flyers, and presentation designs.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaign ideas.
• Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all platforms and designs.
• Edit and enhance images, infographics, and video thumbnails when required.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
