Job Summary We are looking for a Performance Marketer who thrives on numbers, strategy, and execution. You will plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Collaborate with content, creative, and SEO teams to align performance goals Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend Stay updated on the latest platform updates, tools, and performance marketing trends. Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (PPC, Social Media Ads, etc.) Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion funnels Proficiency with Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , Google Analytics , and related tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFFERED Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Experience: Perfomance Marketing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
