PeakRank is a healthcare-focused digital marketing agency working with doctors, clinics, diagnostics, and hospitals across India. We manage GMB, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content, and branding for 30+ medical clients.

Role Overview:

Performance Marketer

You will run, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns for dentists, orthopaedics, rheumatologists, physiotherapists, dermatologists, eye specialists, diagnostics, and more.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads:

• Create & manage Search campaigns for clinics
• Keyword research, negative keyword optimisation
• Setup of conversion tracking & call tracking
• Improve Quality Score & reduce CPC
• Optimize landing page experience
• Maintain high-intent keyword strategy

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):

• Create & optimize lead-gen campaigns
• Custom audiences & retargeting
• Pixel setup + Events Manager configuration
• Daily optimisation to reduce CPL
• A/B testing creatives & audiences

Reporting & Strategy:

• Maintain daily performance dashboards
• Weekly reporting with insights
• Coordinate with content team for creatives
• Suggest budget allocation based on results

Required Skills:

Google Ads (Search, Display, Smart, Performance Max)

Meta Ads

✔ Strong healthcare experience preferred

✔ Understanding of medical advertising policies

✔ Ability to generate leads at low CPL

✔ Knowledge of landing pages & CRO

✔ Strong keyword research and analytical skills

Bonus but not mandatory:

• Basic Canva editing

• Cost Per Lead (Google & Meta)
• Lead Quality & conversion rate
• Search campaign Quality Score improvements
