Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer specializing in quick ideation and marketing post creation for social media in a fast paced ever changing environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, the ability to create visually compelling content, and an understanding of how design influences audience engagement. While experience in B2B marketing is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly conceptualize and design engaging social media graphics, banners, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets for campaigns, ads, and branding.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and infographics for digital media.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 1 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus but not required.
