Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely creative work.
  • Supervise the development of visually compelling and results-driven graphics for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), social media content, banners, and websites.
  • Work closely with paid media and social teams to create creatives that align with campaign objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to generate fresh, innovative, and effective visual concepts.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all creative materials.
  • Source and integrate high-quality stock images or illustrations into designs.
  • Implement platform-specific best practices to optimize campaign creatives.
  • Oversee minor video edits (text overlay, resizing, trimming, basic transitions) using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro.
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to create graphics for websites and landing pages.
  • Review team outputs, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance and skill development.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, including some experience in a leadership or team lead role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, with basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising design formats.
  • Keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
  • Excellent skills in team management, communication, and project coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong research abilities and trend awareness.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or other animation tools is a plus.
