Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage creative design projects from concept to delivery.
Oversee production of social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Ensure brand guidelines are followed and visual consistency is maintained.
Mentor and coach designers to enhance creativity and productivity.
Manage hiring, retention, and skill development within the design team.
Deliver high-quality projects on time and within client expectations.

Qualifications

6 - 7 years of experience in creative design, preferably in an advertising agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and branding work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
