What You’ll Do


  • Design performance-driven ad creatives

    (primarily static + video editing is a bonus) for Meta (and other ad inventories, when and where relevant)
  • Translate creative briefs and audience insights into visual concepts that stop the scroll and drive clicks
  • Work closely with copywriters and performance marketers to iterate and A/B test creatives
  • Have the ability to build creative testing frameworks and then measure the impact of creatives based on ads data
  • Analyze creative performance and adapt designs based on metrics like CTR, CVR, thumbstop ratio, etc.
  • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for channel-specific formats and goals
  • Contribute to brainstorming and rapid prototyping of new concepts and ad variations
  • Occasionally dabble in video editing and motion graphics (bonus points here!)


Must-Have Skills


  • 3-4 years of experience in

    performance marketing creatives

    (design for paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Creative Suite

    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and

    Figma

    .
  • Experience creating

    motion graphics and video ads

    is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of how

    visual design impacts key metrics

    like CTR, CVR, and engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
