Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Schedule and manage calls: Coordinate with candidates to set up screening or interview calls efficiently. Conduct initial candidate interactions: Reach out to prospective candidates via phone or email and gather basic information. Follow structured questionnaires: Ask predefined questions regarding candidates’ experience, current CTC, notice period, and motivation for applying. Document candidate information: Maintain accurate notes of each conversation, highlighting relevant details and observations. Evaluate fit: Assess candidates’ communication skills, confidence, and suitability for the role based on their responses. Shortlist profiles: Identify and recommend candidates for the next round of interviews, and politely flag those who do not meet criteria. Coordinate follow-ups: Work closely with the recruitment team to schedule subsequent interviews and update candidates on their application status. Maintain organized records: Update internal trackers or databases with candidate details, call outcomes, and screening results to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow. Professional communication: Represent the agency positively, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all candidates.
