Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver

  high-impact creative assets

  across packaging, brand stores, display boxes, and campaign collaterals for OTT and international e-commerce projects.
• Work directly with

  international clients

  on day-to-day design requirements, ensuring seamless communication, presentation of ideas, and timely delivery.
• Translate brand strategies into visually compelling designs that maintain consistency across mediums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account management, content, strategy, and development) to execute campaigns end-to-end.
• Stay updated on

  global design trends

  , digital platforms, and new-age consumer experiences.
• Present creative ideas confidently, incorporating feedback with a solution-first mindset.

Portfolio Requirements

Your portfolio must clearly showcase:

• Packaging Design

  (premium, international standard)

• Brand Stores / E-commerce Storefronts

• Display Boxes & Retail Collaterals

• Strong balance of aesthetics and functionality tailored for

  OTT & international e-commerce brands

Client-facing Experience

• Proven experience in managing and liaising directly with

  international clients

  .
• Ability to independently handle client discussions, presentations, and feedback loops.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  with confidence in representing the agency.

Technical Skills & Tools

Proficiency in the following is required:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD)
• Figma / Sketch for UI elements (added advantage)
• Cinema4D / Blender / 3D visualization (preferred but not mandatory)
• CorelDRAW, Canva (basic adaptability)
• Knowledge of print production processes and e-commerce asset guidelines
