Role & responsibilities This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Assistant located in Navsari. The Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality control tests, documenting and analyzing test results, communicating findings, and assisting in audits. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Manuals. Maintain and control QA documentation and records for audits and inspections. Assist in routine inspections and quality checks during production or service processes. Monitor and record non-conformities, deviations, or defects for further action. Help in sampling, testing, and verification of products/processes as per defined standards. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or industry-specific standards. Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communication skills Analytical Skills and Quality Management skills Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the manufacturing industry and under ISO 15378 quality system is a plus Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, or relevant standards.

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a detail-oriented IPQC Officer to monitor and control product quality during the manufacturing process. The candidate will ensure that production processes meet the required quality standards, perform inspections at various stages, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Line Clearance before the start of the Production activities. Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks at different stages of production. Identify and report any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues to the production. Record and maintain in-process inspection data accurately. Ensure proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues in real time. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Support internal and external quality audits and inspections. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or industry-specific quality standards. Monitor critical parameters as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of quality assurance and in-process inspection techniques. Familiarity with instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, or other testing equipment.
