Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Draft professional proposals, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word. Maintain and analyze sales data, lead sheets, and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Manage communications through email and online tools (Outlook, Gmail). Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead and client management. Conduct and participate in online meetings via platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet. Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Work collaboratively with the team and maintain flexibility to travel as per business requirements. Manage work efficiently under pressure to achieve set sales targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 24 years of proven sales experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and clients. Comfortable using email and online communication platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Flexible with work hours and willing to travel as needed.
