What You’ll Work On


  • Designing 

    high-converting ad creatives

     (static & video) for social media
  • Editing and producing 

    short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)

     with strong hooks
  • Creating 

    motion graphics & animations

     for ads and campaigns
  • Designing 

    carousels, banners, and branded templates

     for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Crafting 

    visual storytelling experiences

     — from script to screen
  • Developing 

    campaign-focused landing page visuals

     with strong UI/UX sense



Job Responsibilities



As a Graphic Designer at Procuzy, you will:

Design high-converting ad creatives (both static & video) for campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) with engaging hooks and storytelling.

Develop motion graphics, animations, and transitions for brand storytelling.

Conceptualize and execute carousel posts, infographics, and social campaigns.

Design thumbnails, banners, and brand visuals optimized for clicks and engagement.

Work closely with the marketing & product team to translate campaign goals into visual storytelling.

Build and maintain consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Collaborate on UI/UX design for landing pages and campaign microsites.

Stay updated with design trends, ad formats, and platform best practices to keep Procuzy’s presence cutting-edge.


Core Skills & Expertise

Graphic Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, Adobe Express.

Social-First Design: Carousels, reels, thumbnails, hook-driven ad creatives.

Visual Storytelling: Ability to take a script/idea and design it into a powerful screen-ready story.

Branding: Strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and consistency in visual identity.

Motion Graphics & Animation: Strong ability to design animated ads and storytelling videos.



Requirements

2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS, startup, or digital-first brands.

A portfolio showcasing video-first and social-first design projects (ads, reels, campaigns).

Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives and what makes them convert.

Ability to balance speed with creativity – delivering high-quality outputs on tight deadlines.

Self-driven, innovative, and eager to experiment with new formats.
