Job Description

At MF Stack, we expertise in simplifying and digitizing mutual fund distribution. Enabling independent financial advisors, fintech companies, wealth management firms track portfolios, and handle transactions seamlessly across web and mobile apps. The platform offers goal-based financial planning tools, risk profiling, investor dashboards, digital onboarding with KYC compliance, and white-labeled solutions that can be customized to a customer’s brand, with features like real-time reporting, SIP management, and even WhatsApp integration, MF Stack combines user-friendly interfaces with scalable, compliant technology to streamline investment operations for both businesses and their clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design engaging visuals and campaigns for digital and marketing

channels, including product branding, social media, newsletters, brand collateral, and

promotional materials.

  • Design and maintain logos, brand identity systems, and visual guidelines, ensuring

consistency in typography, color palettes, layouts, imagery, and UI graphics across web,

app, and advertising platforms.

  • Partner wit h UX/UI designers to ensure all graphic elements align seamlessly with product

experiences.

  • Manage multiple design workflows, from concept to delivery, by effectively prioritizing

tasks, organizing timelines, and meeting deadlines.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure that

every visual output aligns with business goals while staying true to brand values.

  • Create and maintain templates, and shared asset libraries, keeping them structured,

scalable, and easily accessible for the all teams.

  • Design motion assets such as videos, GIFs, and animations for marketing campaigns,

tutorials, and social media storytelling, bringing static visuals to life.

  • Contribute fresh concepts, experiment with styles and formats, and bringing innovative

visual perspectives to campaigns and projects.


Qualifications

  • 1.5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or branding across

digital with a strong background in logo design, brand identity, and visual storytelling.

  • Proficiency in design and video-editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,

Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), LottieLab, Figma, Spline, etc.,

  • Solid understanding of typography, color t heor y, composition, and layout design.
  • Experience designing for social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across various touchpoints while exploring fresh

creative directions.

  • A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills, branding work, and campaign

creativity.

  • Comfortable managing multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-

paced, collaborative environment.

  • Enthusiastic about experimenting wit h new ideas, tools, and formats, and staying updated

with design trends.

  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and self-motivated wit h a keen eye for aesthetics

and storytelling.
