We help businesses create impactful presentations, deliver effective visual storytelling, and craft compelling data visualizations. Our expertise spans across publications, reports, videos, podcasts, and design projects — all of which we adapt into multiple languages, like German, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese.

The incumbent in this role will ensure superior service delivery to the clients globally. This position manages who exercise latitude and independence in managing day-to-day Operations – experienced professionals / designers and to manage stakeholder requirements and relationships.

• Managing multiple clients and processes at same time

• Communicating with global stakeholders / clients at various organization levels

• Cooperating with internal stakeholders and external clients globally to deliver high-quality products

• Seamless stakeholder and workflow management entailing timelines negotiations and volume governance

• Effective capacity planning and project management

• Issue resolution and root cause analysis, whilst assessing the wider employee or client impact and communicate within the team

• Suggest and implement improvements in the process to increase efficiency and productivity

Knowledge & Skills:

Need to have

• Hands-on expertise in latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro), Video production & animation tool (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Audition), and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

• Good time management skills (ability to prioritize tasks)

• Strong analytical / problem solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Experience in managing Design-multiple processes and their SLAs with operations

• Experience in project management and stakeholder management (good communication skills)

Good to have

• Knowledge on Figma, CSS/CSS3, HTML/HTML 5, Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360

• Knowledge on LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma

Experience

• Minimum 3-10 years’ of professional experience

Education: Graduate
