Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Inspections & Quality Monitoring 🔹 Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate work quality, design adherence, and compliance with approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ). 🔹 Ensure installation standards for furniture, modular units, electrical fittings, plumbing, civil work, and finishes meet predefined benchmarks. 🔹 Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities and promptly coordinate corrective actions with the execution and design teams. 2. Materials & Product Validation 🔹 Verify incoming materials and products before installation to ensure compliance with quality standards. 🔹 Maintain records of material inspections and approve/reject materials based on predefined guidelines. 🔹 Work closely with vendors and suppliers to enforce quality control protocols for raw materials, modular furniture, and fixtures. 3. Documentation & Reporting 🔹 Maintain detailed quality reports, inspection logs, and checklists for each project site. 🔹 Ensure proper documentation for defects, corrections, and final approvals. 🔹 Submit weekly/monthly quality reports to the management, highlighting key findings, issues, and resolutions. 4. Compliance & Standards Management 🔹 Adhere to industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and company-specific SOPs for QC. 🔹 Ensure all QC procedures align with relevant safety and quality certifications. 🔹 Monitor the effectiveness of existing QC processes and recommend improvements. 5.
