Position Overview

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design impactful visuals, including posters, infographics, reports, presentations, brochures, and digital campaigns.
• Develop engaging social media graphics, short animations, and video thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support creative design needs for events, awareness campaigns, and international advocacy programs.
• Collaborate with communications, digital, and program teams to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Design creative layouts for newsletters, donor decks, and annual reports.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably in the development or social impact sector.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred).
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and branding principles.
• Familiarity with social media content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight timelines.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are an added advantage.
