Role Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring precision and creativity together. The role requires: ensuring research reports are formatted, polished, and ready for professional publication, and creating engaging creatives to showcase our brand and insights.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Format, structure, and finalize research reports for client distribution and publishing in a timely manner.
• Ensure reports maintain consistency in layout, design, and branding standards.
• Collaborate with research analysts and marketing teams to understand content needs.
• Design creatives for digital platforms, presentations, and campaigns.
• Adapt content for multiple formats—PDFs, social media, presentations, and more.
• Maintain a library of templates, design assets, and brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, or similar).
• Strong eye for detail, formatting, and layout.
• Ability to balance data-heavy content with clear, professional design.
• Prior experience in report formatting, publishing, or marketing design is preferred.
