Role Description Engage with clients (through partners) to understand their financial goals , investment timelines, and constraints. Conduct risk profiling and assess client suitability for various investment options. Advise and recommend investment strategies across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Bonds, Structured Products, and other wealth instruments. Stay updated on market trends , regulatory developments, and product innovations to offer informed recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute investment strategies seamlessly. Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Periodically review client portfolios , rebalance where necessary, and communicate strategy updates. Achieve and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, portfolio growth, and retention . Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory and internal compliance frameworks. Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related fields. Preferred certifications: NISM (Mutual Fund / Investment Advisory), CFP, CFA Level 1 (or equivalent). 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, or investment advisory. Proven track record of managing client relationships and portfolios.
