This role is fully remote, with standard working hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm PST (Los Angeles, USA), which corresponds to 9:30pm – 6:30am (+1 day) India Standard Time (IST).

Graphic Designer - What You’ll Do:

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients’ advertising campaigns. You’ll collaborate across strategy, media, and account teams to translate concepts into compelling visual assets that drive engagement and performance. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into polished, on-brand creative that elevates campaign storytelling and supports strategic marketing goals.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Design static ads, motion variations, social media creatives, and campaign visuals across standard ad sizes (1:1, 9:16, 1200×627, display formats).
  • Create iconography, illustrations, infographics, and supporting visual elements aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Perform photo manipulation, cleanup, and adaptation across multiple asset formats.
  • Assist with landing-page layouts and visual structure in Unbounce, Wix, or Framer.
  • Develop presentation and deck templates for internal and client-facing use.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all assets.
  • Translate creative briefs into clear visual directions and multiple design variations.
  • Revise and optimize assets based on feedback, performance insights, and A/B testing needs.
  • Prepare production-ready files and maintain organized asset libraries for efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual output supports messaging and campaign goals.


Skills Required:

  • Native or Bilingual English proficiency - written and verbal.
  • Knowledgable with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva
  • Basic After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Effectively utilize AI Tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar image-generation tools, ChatGPT for ideation, visual prompts, and refinement; (Bonus) Recraft, Runway, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with HTML5 ad workflows and asset preparation
  • Experience with landing-page builders: Unbounce, Wix, Framer
  • Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, color, and layout
  • Photo editing and image cleanup
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Organized file management and consistency across versions/variants


Experience:

  • 2–3 years in a graphic design role within an agency or digital-first environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean ad layouts, social content, iconography, and simple motion work
  • Comfortable using business tools including Trello, Slack, Google Suite, ChatGPT, Dropbox, and Notion.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects and priorities with clarity and focus.
  • Proven experience developing high-converting ads, landing pages, and visual designs.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into messaging that performs.
  • Ability to self-direct workload and operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven, tight-deadline environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards across all creative executions.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional team.

**Salary range: $300-700 USD per month (depending on experience)
