As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for internal project management during the sales process. You’ll combine your expertise of account management, advertising, and personal communications to push the sales process forward. This job is completely remote. Hours for the job are 9am to 6pm PT/ Los Angeles, CA, USA. In India Standard Time (IST) these hours are 9:30pm to 6:30am. Pay for this job is $600 USD per month. The ideal candidate is a person hungry to work with a dynamic company in a rapidly evolving industry. You’ll go to the front of the line if you have sales experience with an advertising or marketing agency. You are agile, professional, organized, and able to take on a range of responsibilities. This job is completely remote. Responsibilities: CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM system. Monitor pipeline activity and ensure data quality for reporting and forecasting. Sales Operations Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and other client-facing documents. Assist in scheduling and coordinating calls, demos, and meetings. Track sales KPIs and generate regular performance reports. Customer & Prospect Support Respond to inquiries from prospects and ensure timely follow-up with requested materials. Support onboarding for new customers by coordinating documentation and initial setup. Act as a liaison between customers and sales reps to resolve issues quickly. Collaboration Partner with marketing to align on lead quality and sales collateral. Work with operations and finance to support contract processing, invoicing, and compliance. Coordinate with account management to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale. Qualifications: 3+ years experience working in marketing sales support Able to work independently Highly organized Proficient with Hubspot Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Excel Self-starter: this is an entirely remote position on a small team, so the perfect candidate will have no issues structuring their own workday and holding themselves accountable.
