Ad Creative Developer


What You’ll Do:

The Ad Creative Developer reports into the Director of Accounts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and execution — making sure every message launched is intentional, validated, and built to perform.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Design static and animated ad creatives in standard ad sizes (300x250, 970x250, 300x600, 1080x1080, 1080x1920).
  • Create sophisticated, high-converting ad designs that integrate storytelling and strategic marketing principles.
  • Produce JPG, PNG, and HTML5 static and animated ads using tools including Canva, Photoshop, and TheBrief.AI.
  • Develop creative ads for Meta, banners, and other social media platforms.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across all platforms and deliverables.
  • Craft compelling and persuasive storytelling that blends design and copy to influence behavior.
  • Partner with the media buying team to align messaging with paid media strategy and performance goals.


The Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience working at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • 3+ years experience with design tools Canva and Photoshop.
  • 2+ years experience creating HTML5 ads.
  • Experience developing landing pages in Unbounce.
  • Comfortable using business tools including Trello, Slack, Google Suite, ChatGPT, Dropbox, and Notion.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects and priorities with clarity and focus.
  • Proven experience developing high-converting ads, landing pages, and visual designs.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into messaging that performs.
  • Ability to self-direct workload and operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven, tight-deadline environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards across all creative executions.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional team.
  • Native or Bilingual English proficiencyboth written and verbal.
