Key Responsibilities Training Across Functions: Rotate through Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Administration to understand all aspects of running a business. Sales & Marketing: Support campaigns, handle client interactions, and learn how to grow business revenue. Business Operations: Assist with HR, finance, and day-to-day management activities to ensure smooth business processes. Leadership Development: Work closely with mentors and senior leaders to build strong team management and leadership skills. Project Support: Participate in ongoing business and marketing initiatives, contributing ideas and executing plans. Data & Reporting: Learn to track business metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
