Job Title: Sales & Marketing Management Trainee – Leadership Development Programme Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-time | Field-based About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Sales & Marketing Management Training Programme. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll begin by mastering the fundamentals of face-to-face sales, marketing, and customer acquisition, before progressing into leadership and management positions. Our structured training pathway is designed to develop your skills step-by-step — from sales performance and campaign execution to team leadership and territory management. Progression is entirely based on merit and measurable results, with every stage focused on preparing you for a future in business leadership and management.
