Graduate Engineer Trainee

A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) job is an entry-level role for new engineering grads to get hands-on, structured training, involving assisting senior engineers, learning different departments (design, QC, site work), supporting projects with data analysis, testing, documentation, and problem-solving, bridging the gap between theory and practical industrial application through mentorship and skill development.  Core Responsibilities: Project Assistance: Support senior engineers in design, development, testing, and implementation of projects. Data & Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, perform failure analysis, and create computer models. Quality Control & Testing: Assist with quality checks, inspection, debugging, and exploratory testing. Documentation: Maintain reports, log support interactions, and help refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Learning & Development: Participate in training, learn new technologies (AutoCAD, Python, IoT), and adapt to new tools. Collaboration: Work with teams, present findings, and follow health & safety regulations.  Key Skills & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail.
