Role Description This is a full-timeon-site role as an Operations Executive dedicated towards GPS Tracking and fleet management located in New Delhi at MapmyIndia. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, client support, managing operations, utilizing analytical skills to optimize processes, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Qualifications Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree 1-3 Years of Experience in Client support Operations A desired candidate should be from either GPS or logistics background. Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Strong background in Operations and Operations Management Analytical Skills Experience in project management is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Knowledge of CRM and ERP tool along with advance excel Superior written and oral communication skills. Leadership skills to guide and improve a team. Data entry and basic computer skills. Knowledge about Client relationship management systems. Knowledge about the best mediation and conflict resolution tactics. Ability to empathize with Clients . Utmost patience while dealing with angry and agitated Clients . Fast and efficient problem-solving skills. Profile in depth - (GPS Tracking Executive in logistics) A GPS Tracking Executive in logistics is responsible for managing fleet operations, route planning, and monitoring vehicles using GPS tracking systems . This role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving overall efficiency. 1. Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities. 2. Monitor the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time. 3. Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, carriers and customers. Skills Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices. Proficiency in using GPS tracking systems and route optimization software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
