One of our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Expert to join our marketing team. As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. Your in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and expertse in optmizing campaigns will contribute to the success of our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs, including
but not limited to logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, infographics,
presentaons, and other marketing collaterals.
Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identy and brand
guidelines, ensuring that all design elements align with our brand identy and
values.
Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to
brainstorm and develop innovave design concepts and solutions that meet
project objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Design Production: Execute the design process from initial concept to final
production, including layout, typography, color schemes, and image selection,
adhering to project timelines and specifications.
Digital Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including
websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital adversements, opmizing
for user experience and engagement.
Print Design: Design and prepare print-ready materials, such as brochures, flyers,
posters, and packaging, ensuring high-quality output and coordinaon with print
vendors.
Visual Content Creation: Create and edit multimedia content, including
illustraons, icons, and graphics for use in various marketing channels and
platforms.
Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-funconal teams, including
marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure design alignment and
incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and
techniques, and propose innovative ideas to enhance visual communicaon
strategies and elevate brand presence
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related
field. Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads certifications, are strongly
preferred.
Google Ads Expertise: Proven experience in planning, executing, and
opmizing Google Ads campaigns across mulple plaorms (Search, Display,
Video, Shopping).
Analytics and Data-driven Approach: Proficient in using Google Analytics and
other tracking tools to analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights,
and opmize performance.
Keyword Research and SEO: Strong understanding of keyword research
principles and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to drive targeted
traffic and improve campaign effectiveness.
Ad Copywriting Skills: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create
compelling ad copy that attracts attention, generates clicks, and drives
conversions.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing
A/B tests to opmize campaign elements for improved performance.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to monitor
campaign metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilies to
manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fastpaced
environment.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to
effectively present campaign strategies, performance reports, and
recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-funconal
teams.
Continuous Learning: A strong passion for staying updated with the latest
trends, technologies, and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising.

SSP (On the Job Training)
The OJT Phase will start for the candidates who have successfully cleared the
interview.
A three-day comprehensive Process Training will be conducted with our Experts and
Seniors of the Relevant Field from the date of Joining.
Only qualifying trainees will become eligible to be offered as Google Ads Expert
(Subject to approval from management).
A Salary Structure from Rs 8,000/ - 20,000/- per month will be provided, which will
be decided on the basis of Candidate’s Interview and their Knowledge and Skill on
the respecve field
Candidates who did not do well in the interview may be given the chance to prove
themselves by taking part in our internship program.
The candidates for the internship program will have the chance to be promoted as a
permanent employee of the company after completing the first three months of the
program.
A Stipend of Rs. 5,000/- will be given to the candidates who are appearing for the
Internship program.
The working days including Training period will be for 6 days a week (Sunday would be a
weekly off). The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process
adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and
HR Team. Upon successfully passing the training program, you become eligible to be offered
the role of Google Ads Expert. You will be able to start the job in the offered 'Role location'
only after you join the organization as a Google Ads Expert.
