As a Google Ads Expert at Propzilla, a fast-growing real estate company, you will play a crucial role in maximizing online advertising performance and generating high-quality leads. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and high-converting leads. - Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable search terms for ad targeting. - Write compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals for display campaigns. - Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CTR, CPC, and ROI. - Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options. - Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. - Stay updated on Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices for the real estate industry. - Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals. - Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies for better targeting. - Manage campaign budgets and provide accurate forecasting for ad spend and expected results. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. - 2-3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially in the real estate sector. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC management tools. - In-depth understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. - Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report campaign performance. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Knowledge of landing page optimization, lead generation tactics, and sales funnel strategies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
