Role Overview

As a Google Ads Expert at adClickMagnet, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving paid campaigns across the Google ecosystem. Your analytical mindset and deep understanding of performance marketing will help our clients scale while achieving their KPIs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for high-converting creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and execute real-time adjustments to improve ROI.
• Track conversions using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and WhatConverts.
• Use third-party tools such as Clickcease to prevent ad fraud and Zapier for workflow automation.
• Integrate platforms like HubSpot for CRM tracking and lead flow automation where applicable.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for clients.
• Stay updated with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of delivering high-ROI performance in lead generation or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, ad extensions, quality score optimization, and conversion tracking.• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Proficiency in third-party tools such as Clickcease, HubSpot, Zapier, WhatConverts, etc., for automation, tracking, and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
