Role Overview

Google Ads Expert

full-time remote role (India)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale Google Search and Performance Max campaigns for clinics and hospitals
• Perform treatment-based, intent-driven keyword research
• Create compliant, high-converting ad copies for healthcare services
• Optimise bids, budgets, quality scores, and conversion rates
• Track and improve CPL, lead quality, and ROI
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (calls, forms, WhatsApp)
• Coordinate with landing pages and lead funnels
• Monitor daily performance and make data-backed optimisations

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum

  18 months of Google Ads experience

• Direct experience generating leads for clinics or hospitals (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of healthcare search intent and ad compliance
• Hands-on experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple clinic accounts independently

Good to Have

• Experience with landing page CRO
• Experience with WhatsApp or CRM-based lead flows
• Experience scaling local healthcare campaigns city-wise
