Associate Google Ads Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize

  Google Ads campaigns

  focused on lead generation for healthcare clients.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to create ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations.
• Test and experiment with different ad strategies, formats, and bidding options.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for client campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, updates, and best practices.

Who You Are:

• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in

  Google Ads / Digital Marketing / Lead Generation

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with the internal team and understand client needs.
