Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Associate Google Ads Manager to join our performance marketing team. You will manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, optimize them for maximum ROI, and contribute to scaling clinics’ digital growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and work with healthcare clients in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for healthcare clients. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to create ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations. Test and experiment with different ad strategies, formats, and bidding options. Maintain proper documentation and reporting for client campaigns. Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, updates, and best practices. Who You Are: Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Google Ads / Digital Marketing / Lead Generation . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations. Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
