Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead the expansion of SyncMonster, NeuralGarage's AI SaaS platform. This role will formulate the strategy and execution of GTM initiatives across India and international markets, to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with Product and Sales to craft localized strategies for our creator, marketer, and agency ICPs, run rapid GTM experiments, and scale high-performing channels into repeatable growth engines.

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute region-specific GTM strategies for target geographies, adapting messaging, channels, and pricing to local market dynamics.
  • ICP Targeting: Identify, segment, and prioritize high-potential ICPs in the creator economy, AI-video space, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Funnel Ownership: Own the full acquisition funnelawareness, activation, conversion, retention, and drive measurable improvements in CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Experimentation: Run rapid, data-backed GTM experiments to validate messaging, creative formats, and channel effectiveness.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling, localized positioning frameworks that clearly articulate SyncMonster's value proposition in each market.
  • Partnership Development: Build partnerships with creator networks, agencies, and influencers to accelerate adoption.
  • Analytics and Insights: Use tools like Amplitude, GA4 and CRM data to track performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and iterate campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product for launch readiness, with Sales for ICP insights, and with Content for asset creation.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on KPIs, learnings, and next-step recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in GTM, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing for a high-growth SaaS startup, with proven success in India and the US markets. (European market is a plus).
  • Track record of owning and improving acquisition funnels with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic acquisition for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and niche creator channels.
  • Familiar with the product development lifecycle to align GTM plans with the roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in partnership marketing and leveraging external ecosystems for growth.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments where speed of learning is critical.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

Must Haves

  • Proven GTM experience for a high-growth SaaS startup (4-6 years minimum). Must have scaled the 1-10 and 10-100 journey.
  • Experimentation mindset- ability to design, run, and analyze rapid GTM experiments to identify scalable growth levers.
  • Data-driven funnel analysis skills- can diagnose acquisition and conversion bottlenecks, set CAC/LTV targets, and improve metrics with actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on channel expertise for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and creator/agency acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging and positioning for localized markets.
  • Experience in leading GTM initiatives in both India and the US.
