Job Description

As a General Manager - Human Resources (GM - HR) at our manufacturing/engineering facility in IDA Bollaram, Telangana, you will play a crucial role in leading the human resources function. With 15-20 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup, your responsibilities will include strategic HR planning, industrial relations, compliance, talent management, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Drive organizational change management and workforce planning. - Ensure a positive work culture to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. - Implement talent development programs and succession planning. - Work on employer branding to attract top talent. - Maintain harmonious industrial relations and liaise with labor unions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements. - Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively. - Design and implement employee engagement and welfare programs. - Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting and appraisals. - Drive initiatives for skill enhancement and training programs. - Benchmark compensation trends in the manufacturing sector. - Handle employee incentive programs and retention strategies. - Oversee HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and HR automation. - Maintain HR analytics, MIS reports, and dashboards for strategic decision-making. - Lead HR audits and continuous process improvements. Key Requirements: - Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. - Experience: 15-20 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role in a manufacturing/engineering setup. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory regulations, and industrial relations. - Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and compliance. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
